Meet Ms. Arneson
My name is Sydney Arneson. I am from the small, rural town of Bison, SD. I moved to Bozeman in 2014, where I attended Montana State University (Go Cats!) to study Elementary Education with an emphasis in mathematics. Like many people, I fell in love with Montana and the Gallatin Valley and hoped to find a job nearby. I graduated from MSU in May 2018 after doing my student teaching in Troy, MT. In Troy, I realized that teaching was, indeed, my dream job and I grew more and more excited to find my first teaching job. I feel very lucky to get to start my career in Three Forks.
Outside of school, I love to be doing anything outside with my dog, Samson, and boyfriend, Chad. (Both pictured above.) Samson loves hiking as much as I do and we go as often as we can. Pictured above are our hikes, Sypes Canyon and the beautiful Kootenai Falls. I got to spend a lot of the summer floating on the river, camping, and exploring more of Montana. Chad got me a bow for Christmas last year, so I have been practicing away to be ready for hunting season. (Wish me luck, because I'm sure I will need it!)
